SBS/APP Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane is a premium torch-applied waterproofing solution designed for high-performance protection in various construction projects. This membrane consists of high-quality distilled bitumen modified with SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) or APP (Atactic Polypropylene) to enhance its flexibility, durability, and weather resistance.

The membrane is reinforced with polyester felt or fiberglass mat, ensuring high tensile strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to punctures and mechanical damage. The top surface can be finished with PE film, sand, or mineral granules, while the bottom surface is coated with a polyethylene film, which melts during torch application to ensure strong adhesion to the substrate.
